THE DESIGN PROCESS

1:1 CONNECTION WITH DESIGNER

Getting to know you and how you function in your home is important to me!

I offer a 30-minute call to all clients so we can meet, and go over your project. This also helps me learn more about your space and its functional needs.

Any form of communication you prefer, I can work with.

MOOD BOARDS (2)

I offer 2 mood boards with this package!

I understand that choosing a style and colors you love is hard to do. If you are stuck between design styles or you want a fresh option for your space, this is a perfect opportunity to compare.

FLOOR PLANS (2)

In this package, I offer 2 floor plan selections for your space.

If you are playing with furniture layouts, or renovating a space and would like to see a visual of two different floor plans, this is your package.

3D RENDER VISUALS (3)

I offer 3 visual renders with this package.

After selecting your favorite mood board and floor plan, I can then render your space in a realistic visual for you.

If you have selected specific tiles and colors for your space already, this is where we will apply them for you to see!

In this phase, people see what they would like to keep or change in their design.

CLICKABLE SHOPPING LIST

This is an add-on to your package!

A shopping list has everything you need for your space, so you don't have to spend hours shopping yourself.

Together we will build a list of up to 10 items to include in this list. Each items includes a clickable shopping link for you to visit and review each product.

REVISIONS

I want you to be absolutely in love with your space by the end of this process! If something is sticking out to you that you don't love, this is your chance to change it.

For this package, I allow 2 FREE revisions. Your revisions can take place anywhere in the design process.

For example, if you want to edit an aspect of your mood board or floor plan, that would be a revision. Or if you decided to change the wall color of your room completely and wanted to see it in a final render, this would be a revision.

What can I use this service for?

Receiving a virtual design package is great for any project you are about to take on in your home! If you need help visualizing a remodel, refurnishing a space, converting a room into something new and fresh, etc. a virtual design package is a great place to start.

What if I am a realtor, contractor or designer and I have specific questions/needs?

Great! I love working with you and helping you and your clients. Email me directly via the email provided on the Contact page so we can connect on your project.

Am I able to work with you if I am not in your local area?

Absolutely! All of my services are done remotely. No matter where you are located we can easily connect and have a blast designing.

How do you gather my project details?

I want you to have a unique virtual design experience, including getting to know me! You will initially fill out a detailed questionnaire and submit measurements of your space. I offer all my clients an option to do a 30 minute virtual call to go over your project, walk through your space, and gather any additional info.

What if I have an open-concept floor plan and am redesigning both?

I consider these two separate functioning spaces that require two separate needs. If your spaces are very small or you have a specific request relating to this space, we can talk more about this when we go over your project together.

What is your turnaround time?

Depending on the size of your project, needs and bundle selection, a turnaround time will be provided more accurately as we go over your project. But as an average, projects will require between 7-10 days.
